"The polish police will respond very hard to the possible hooligans" - Polish media were quoting Polish Ministry for Internal Affairs not long before the start of EURO 2012. Polish police was trained perfectly. They even bought ultrasonic cannons that cause urinating (?). It's interesting how the Polish made all these preparations for the English fans.
But on the first day of the opening of EURO 2012 and Polish police failed to prevent incidents. In Lodz 50 Polish hooligans attacked fans who spoke in English and Russian language.
Police nowhere to be found
Russian hooligans had their day on the yesterday's opening. A video clip on YouTube was posted yesterday, in which Russian fans beat a security guard in Wroclaw Stadium - Mijecki. Few of his colleagues guards arrive but they get few punches too and immediately retreat leaving their beaten colleague. Police nowhere to be found.
