Bosnia: National Bingo scam - Two number 3 balls
The media in Bosnia and Herzegovina are filled with articles about a big scam in the national lottery game. The failure or the scam of the commission happened on the last edition of the national Bingo lottery game, when two "number 3" balls showed up. According to the rules the game should have been stopped and the numbers should have been picked again.
