On the last night`s MTV Music Awards ceremony, many famous ladies glowed in their best dresses, so it's very hard to tell which one had the best dress. But on the top of that list are Emma Watson. Emma Stone and Kristen Stewart for sure. With their youthful and unique mini dresses they've managed to get all eyes on them.
