Nutrition - key factor to achieve athletic body

When someone mentions DIET many of us associate that word with long and hard regimes, that make you starve or eat something tasteless.

On the contrary, DIET means "way of life" or way of nutrition if you like. Depending on their purpose there are few types of nutrition

1. Increasing muscle mass / body weight
2. Decreasing body fat/ body weight
3. Decreasing body fat/definition

All of these regimes must be accompanied with Weight/Cardio exercises, because the effect won`t be completed nor you will be satisfied with your looks and yourself.

The first way, increasing muscle mass / body weight is extremely important for those who are underweight or generally low weight. Those who have body type called ectomorph.
These people should concentrate on weight training, more daily rest (4 days training, three days resting), more rest between series and minimal cardio training or no cardio training (running) at all, at least until they gain weight.
Nutrition should consist of many "healthy calories" so they can gain "healthy weight".

The second way, decreasing body fat/body weight is advised for those who tend to gain weight very fast. They are called endomorphs.
They should focus on strength training , that will help them balance their system from fats to muscles and at the same time it will stimulate their metabolism. They should also control their daily calories intake and they should eat every 2-3 hours with small but complete meals. Cardio training is highly recommended for endomorphs.

The third way, decreasing body fat also known as definition.
This applies for all three types of bodies (ectomorphendomorph and mesomorph), although not all of them should practice the same type of nutrition because they differ from each other by how long does it take for them to burn the daily calories intakes that is prescribed.
This type of nutrition applies when you have accomplished your desired body weight, but you want to decrease the body fat levels.
Forget the fake TV commercials that usually bring the so-called yo-yo effect along with expensive and useless equipment.
For real results to come, it takes dedication and discipline together with nutrition regime with calculated calorie intake and calorie burning with cardio or similar exercises depending on your body type.
